We do not ask for any monies upfront, we start the project and complete the first weeks work without payment, meaning you see a considerably amount of work completed before you pay us a penny. No catch, just honesty and integretity.

If your project is £40,000 and it will take 4 weeks to complete the project, we will take £10,000 at the end of each week. Meaning you are never paying in advance, but in arrears for works completed, giving you security and peace of mind.

The final weeks payment is not paid unless you are happy with the workmanship and all building control regulations are signed off and approved. You will receive a pack full of all the drawings, certificates receipts for moving parts and your warranty certificate.

If we need to file building regulations with the local council for your project, we will ask you to pay this at the point of filing, as it is a direct cost to the local council. You will pay this direct to them, once the email over the regulation document.

We do charge a £300 deposit for any scheduled work that is more than 8 weeks away from starting, this is to ensure we do not have a break in our work load, if you need to cancel the project providing you give us 3 months notice, we will return the fee.

If your project requires bespoke manufactured windows that are outside of the normal lead time, you will pay for this direct to the manufacturer who will deliver them direct to site for you, this is in order to ensure no delays and also give you security.
